Ryan uses his experience in data engineering to lead the software development department and ensures data processing is efficient across all of our projects. Leveraging automation means we can get our clients their results faster whilst achieving the highest levels of accuracy.

Kate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business activities, ensuring efficient processes across all teams and projects, optimizing performance, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic goals.

Paula’s focus is perdominantly on our FMCG brands, helping clients understand the impact of their marketing investments and optimise their budgets.

Anupam handles the train accounts , reponsible for providing clear business insights to improve their marketing effectiveness.

Justyna is involved in data analysis for FMCG brands and application of processes to ensure the best effectivness.  She was involved in creating processes on  Alteryx platform, curenntly switching to more effective way to provide the best insigts for customers. 

Yaren handles everything from office logistics, HR, onboarding, events and supporting employees. Passionate about creating efficient, enjoyable workplaces while ensuring team success.

Matt leads the full-stack development of Blueprint, Retail Alchemy’s budget optimisation platform. He assists with all things Python related, such as migrating legacy ETL systems.

Hermione manages the data process from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of accurate, in-depth analysis to assist clients in making well-informed decisions.

Zackaria helps deliver projects from kick-off to debriefing, processing and modelling with client data to provide key business insights before delivering a streamlined output of results.

Joe delivers project transformation, streamlining and automating processes, whilst engaging with clients on econometric data.

Applying statistical and mathematical techniques with the use of economic data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for clients.

Bobby develops models to analyse client data, ensuring a thorough and accurate investigation and providing meaningful and insightful conclusions

Tara manages projects end-to-end, from understanding client needs to finding the stories hidden in the data to delivering insights. She is involved in researching, developing and validating modelling and analysis techniques as well as streamlining processes.

Louis is involved in researching, developing, and validating econometric models and analytical techniques, helping deliver robust analysis on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Paige assists on all stages of projects, analyzing and modeling data in order to generate crucial business insights, providing a clear and concise summary of findings on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for the client.

Karen specialises in building econometric models and data analysis to support decision making.With a degree in Economics from the University of Essex,she is passionate about using  quantitative insights to tell data-driven stories that optimise performance.Otside of work,she enjoys knitting.
