ISO 9001 and IS27001 certification achieved
We are thrilled to announce that, following an external audit in December 2024, Adclaro Limited has successfully achieved UKAS-accredited ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management and renewed its ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to excellence in quality and information security.
Further information on what these certifications mean can be found below, but gaining both has been an ambition of ours since we started the business over 10 years ago. As many will know, we have long championed the need to develop standards within the MMM industry and gaining recognition for both certifications demonstrates our continued commitment to doing so in a clear, independent and transparent way.
We are obviously immensely proud of the effort put in by our team in working toward these ISO certifications and hope that it will serve as a benchmark to which MMM practitioners should be held within the industry.
What is the ISO 9001 Certification?
The ISO 9001 Quality Management certification is an internationally recognised standard that ensures that an organisation follows best practice when it comes to Quality Management. It defines how an organisation should develop, maintain, implement, maintain and improve on its quality management system (QMS) to ensure a high standard of delivery is maintained throughout the organisation.
For Adclaro specifically, this means that we have developed rigorous quality control procedures for all aspects of MMM delivery, covering everything from data collection and ingestion, through to modelling and delivery of results. Account management and client feedback are also covered within our QMS, ensuring that we are consistently striving to maintain a high standard of delivery to our clients.
What is the ISO 27001 Certification?
The ISO 27001 Information Security Management is another internationally recognised standard that ensures an organisation has a system in place that manages the security risks to data that is owned or managed by the company. As such, it places a strong emphasis on developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving upon its Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure that robust technical and organisational measures are in place to safeguard data, mitigate risks and protect against unauthorised access and potential loss.
For Adclaro specifically, this means that we have robust procedures in place to govern the receipt, storage and delivery of the often commercially sensitive data that is needed to perform MMM studies. We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of safeguarding so that clients can be assured that any data sent to us is stored and handled in accordance with the principles of best practice.
